These are our favorite free tools to guide us on the SEO journey:
1. Google PageSpeed Insights:
Google’s PageSpeed Insights makes it very easy for webmasters to optimize their websites for faster performance on all devices. Enter your website’s url in this tool and it will analyze the real-world performance of a page for mobile and desktop devices and provides suggestions on how that page may be improved.
2. Google’s Keyword Planner:
The Google AdWords Keyword Planner tool is a useful resource for building strong keyword. By using the AdWords Keyword Tool, you can search for keyword and ad group ideas, see how a list of keywords might perform, and even combine keyword lists to create new ones. It can also help you choose competitive bids and budgets to use in your campaigns.
3. XML-Sitemaps:
Though not exactly a SEO tool, XML-Sitemaps auto generates sitemaps for your website which is a great option for saving time and making sure all the search engines crawl your site.
4. Open Site Explorer:
The best tool for a comprehensive link analysis for any website. Just enter the url you wish to check and the OSE will provide a report on the sites, backlinks, and authority.
5. Structured Data Testing Tool:
Structured data helps to provide context to the information on your page. This tool from Google uses live data to validate the structured data for any web page, or you can copy/paste code to test it.
6. SERPs Keyword Rank Checker Tool:
A brilliant tool to easily check keyword ranking of your website. Enter the keyword, domain, location and device to get the ranking for the same.
