Redhoney is a digital marketing agency focused on improving client performance. As we continue to grow, we seek an experienced Digital Ads Manager with a proven track record preferably in an agency setting to lead high-impact digital advertising campaigns.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a seasoned Ads Manager with deep expertise in managing multiple campaigns. The ideal candidate will develop and execute performance-driven Google Ads, Meta Ads and Bing campaigns across all our brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive Google Ads, Meta Ads and Bing campaigns specifically tailored for audiences across all our brands.
- Manage budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and continuous optimization to maximize ROI.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, create compelling ad copy, and optimize landing pages for the best performance and highest ROAS.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and capture new opportunities on Google, Meta and Bing platforms.
- Analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide actionable insights to continuously improve campaigns and achieve business goals.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, and clients to align Google Ads, Meta Ads and Bing strategies with the company’s overall marketing objectives.
- Implement advanced targeting and remarketing strategies to improve user acquisition, engagement, and conversion rates across platforms.
- Conduct A/B testing and optimize campaigns to improve click-through rates (CTRs), conversion rates, and overall performance.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports, sharing insights and recommendations with key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with Google Ads, Meta Ads and Bing Ads policies, while adhering to best practices and guidelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads and Bing campaigns with varied budgets.
- Proven track record of planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns in Google Ads, Meta Ads and Bing Ads, particularly for iGaming or online gaming brands.
- Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads and Bing Ads platforms, including campaign setup, ad creation, targeting options, bidding strategies, and optimization techniques.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.
- Agency experience is preferred
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and other relevant tools to analyze campaign performance and track conversions.
- Google Ads, Meta Ads and Bing Ads certifications are highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
